Frequently Asked Questions

Different encounters typically require different size encounters. For a smaller group (12 people or less) an hour or two is the best for you. An hour allows all animals to be showcased with just enough time to give some basic information on them. Two hours allows a nice amount of time to showcase and talk about the animals as well as having extra time to interact with them.

For larger groups (12-32) we recommend 2 hours as this allows time to showcase, talk and interact with all of our amazing animals!

A question that without fail we get asked at every encounter we do. Eli's Encounters is up front and honest about this question. Whilst all of our animals are well habituated to being in such environments, anything with a mouth can bite. Anyone who promises otherwise is simply hiding the truth. We have carefully written risk assessments allowing our staff to minimise the potential of anything going wrong. 

We run 2 differently priced sessions depending on the group size. We run smaller sessions at £135 for groups of 12 and under whilst larger group sessions 12-32 are £165. We can split the sessions up into multiple hours to help accommodate larger venues and events.

A 25% deposit is required to secure the date of the encounter. This deposit is non refundable.
