Eli's Encounters can provide all year round encounters inside given appropriate conditions. Venues that are too noisy can scare our animals meaning they wont feel comfortable. Parking must be available in order for our team to safely transport the animals to and from their vehicle.
Outdoor encounters are available given the right conditions. Given the chances of unforeseen weather, we can offer a change of date if permissible or a full refund excluding deposit.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the date that you want. These deposits are non refundable.
In the unlikely event of any accidents, Eli's Encounters has a carefully written risk assessment allowing our staff to minimise the potential of anything going wrong. All the animals used for encounters are well habituated to being in such environments with non of the animals being able to cause any lasting harm. Our staff are fully trained on what to do if anything was to happen.
Eli's Encounters is fully insured with the correct licenses to be carrying out animal encounters. All verification of such documents (including qualifications) can be requested upon bookings.
